The mission of the 社会发展和教育中心 (CSDE) is to enhance the overall quality of life of children who are at risk for adverse outcomes due to environmental, 行为, or genetic factors by 1) promoting the social development of children and adolescents who have learning or 行为 problems, and by 2) fostering of relationships with families and schools to ensure the development of a socially competent and well-adjusted student.
